Ryan Evans, AGACNP-BC
Ryan Evans, AGACNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner providing care to patients at UVA Plastic Surgery. Ryan began his career in medicine by obtaining his nursing degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and then earning his master’s degree from University of Virginia. He is board certified by the Board of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Originally from Richmond, Ryan worked at Virginia Commonwealth University for seven years. His primary focus was in acute care surgery and surgical trauma ICU management. Prior to starting his career in medicine, Ryan graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in global urban planning. He focused his work in developing countries while living in South Africa.
Ryan lives in Charlottesville with his husband and daughter. They love adventures on the river, traveling around the world and spending time with their families.
