While there are certainly exceptions, most cosmetic plastic surgery patients these days are looking for more subtle changes. Breast Augmentation
Up until the early 2000s, patients were opting for high, round, large implants. Cleavage was one of the most important priorities. Some of this may have been related to the fact that there were not breast implant options that were designed to give natural-looking results. There wasn’t much of an option for natural-looking results.
However, with new technology and techniques, skilled plastic surgeons are able to provide patients with results that both look and feel like real breast tissue. Now patients have the option of more highly cohesive silicone breast implants, incisions placed along the breast fold, and implants placed under the muscle. These 3 options combined can disguise many of the telltale signs of plastic surgery.
Thus, because realistic breasts implants are now available, it seems that the era of large implants may be over, or at least less commonly chosen and performed. In some cases, patients prefer to use their own fat over synthetic implants! Rhinoplasty

Alternately, a “liquid nose job” could be a longer-term solution to delay or avoid cosmetic surgery. Keep in mind that nonsurgical treatments will not be able to treat functional breathing issues.
